Bridging or short term finance was historically used when time was of the essence. It has since evolved and has become much mor, and can be adapted to suit many different scenarios. Purchases, refinance for capital raising, refurb/development, development exits and portfolio restructure or incorporations. Bridging is often used along side one of our other services to deliver an effective solution to some more complex scenarios.

We often achieve 75% LTV and in some instances 85% LTV.
